Terms of Service

Our approach to quotes, scheduling, vessel access, service scope, and payment for marine detailing.

Our services and business

SEAVELLE LLC provides professional boat and yacht detailing by appointment in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the surrounding Southwest Florida area. Services may include exterior washing, deep cleaning, polishing, waxing, oxidation removal, interior detailing, upholstery cleaning, and protective or ceramic coatings.

Contact us at [email protected] or (239) 321-2581. SEAVELLE LLC address: 2132 NW 22nd Ave, Cape Coral, FL 33993. Service takes place at an agreed vessel location.

Estimates and written approval

Each project receives an individual written quote in US dollars (USD). Pricing depends on boat length, condition, interior and exterior scope, oxidation, polishing stages, coating selection, labor, materials, access, travel, and additional services.

We confirm the scope, price, any applicable tax or travel charge, payment timing, and expected schedule in a written quote before work begins. A quote request does not confirm an appointment or require payment. A booking is confirmed when we and the customer agree to the quote and schedule.

If an inspection reveals work outside the agreed scope, we explain the change and obtain your approval before adding services or increasing the price. Any special terms must be disclosed in writing and agreed before the affected work begins.

Scheduling and service delivery

Services are performed in person at the location agreed in your booking. Expected duration and completion timing are discussed with the quote and depend on vessel condition, scope, access, weather, and product curing requirements.

Rain, wind, heat, unsafe dock conditions, or other circumstances may require rescheduling or a revised completion estimate. We will contact you to arrange a practical alternative. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your options if a booking cannot go ahead.

Vessel access and preparation

The person booking must own the vessel or have permission to authorize the work. Please arrange safe access, required marina or property permission, and any agreed water or power supply. Tell us about restricted areas, delicate finishes, prior coatings, known damage, leaks, and other conditions relevant to the service.

Please secure personal belongings and valuables before the appointment. We may pause work when conditions are unsafe or access is unavailable and discuss the next steps with you. Any associated charge must have been disclosed and agreed in advance.

Finish expectations and aftercare

Detailing results depend on the age and condition of the underlying material. Permanent stains, deep scratches, gelcoat damage, worn upholstery, and severe oxidation may not be fully removable through detailing. We will discuss visible concerns and realistic expectations when agreeing the scope.

Protective coatings require suitable preparation, application conditions, curing time, and continued care. Product-specific care instructions and any applicable written warranty are provided with the relevant service. A service description does not create an additional lifetime or like-new guarantee.

Invoices, deposits, and payment

Quotes and invoices identify SEAVELLE LLC and describe the agreed services and amounts in USD. Payment is due at the time stated in the accepted quote or invoice. Available payment methods are confirmed with your booking or invoice.

A deposit is required only when it is included in an accepted written quote. The amount, purpose, and payment schedule will be stated before you agree. Any deposit is credited toward the agreed service total. We do not add an undisclosed cancellation fee or other unapproved service charge.

For a question about an invoice or a payment, contact us so we can review the details. Deposit refunds and service concerns are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Questions or concerns about the work

Please review the completed work with us when practical and let us know promptly if something appears inconsistent with the agreed scope. Include the service date, vessel details, and photographs if useful. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include corrective work or a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses damage caused by a failure to exercise reasonable care.

Website information

We aim to keep service descriptions accurate. Availability, pricing, and specific project suitability are confirmed directly with us. Images are intended to illustrate our marine detailing services and do not establish a particular vessel condition or guaranteed result.

Use the website and contact forms for lawful inquiries. Do not submit misleading information, harmful content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Applicable terms and law

These terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and your accepted written quote describe the service arrangement. Any separately agreed project terms apply to that project, subject to applicable law. Florida law applies, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If a transaction carries a statutory cancellation right, that right takes priority over these terms and any cancellation terms in a quote. Updates to website terms apply prospectively and do not change an existing accepted quote without agreement.
